Early Service Cancellation

Clients who cancel a service within 2 hours of payment and provide a valid, documented reason may be eligible for a partial refund. Unjustified or baseless cancellations will not be entertained.

Duplicate Transactions

In the event of duplicate payments caused by technical or banking errors, the extra amount will be fully refunded once verified.

Non-Refundable Fees

Any payments made to government bodies, visa offices, evaluation agencies, or third-party services are strictly non-refundable, as these are beyond our control.
